Loyalty card
Collect stamps, the seventh is a free hour
Every hour at SPOT and SPOT 2.0 earns you a stamp. 7 stamps = 1 free studio hour. The card lives on your phone, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install.
How it works
- 1
Book with your own number
Stamps go to the phone number in the booking. There is nothing to sign up for.
- 2
Come in and pay for the visit
After a completed, paid visit the stamps are added automatically: 1 for every hour, for at most 3 hours of a booking.
- 3
7 stamps = 1 free hour
Your seventh stamp turns into a free studio hour. It is valid for 6 months.
What counts
- A completed, paid booking at SPOT or SPOT 2.0 (paid online or on site).
- A booking with a discount code: hours count, not the amount paid.
- Stamps go to the phone number in the booking, also when a photographer books.
These bookings earn no stamps
Happy Hour bookings earn no stamps.
Happy Hour (Mon–Fri 8:00–12:00, for UGC creators) already has a reduced price, so it does not combine with the card: it earns no stamps, double stamps included.
- Barter bookings.
- Hours paid with a pass (karnet).
- Cancelled bookings and no-shows.
- Visits before the program started (no retroactive stamps).
Double stamps
When the studio is quieter, every hour counts twice.
SPOT, Lelewela 4
x2 from 17:00
Every hour from 17:00 earns 2 stamps.
SPOT 2.0, Solskiego 6
x2 all day
Every hour at SPOT 2.0 earns 2 stamps.
The 3-hour cap is applied before doubling, so one booking earns at most 6 stamps. Example: 2 evening hours at SPOT earn 4 stamps, 4 afternoon hours earn 3.
Validity
- A free hour is valid for 6 months from your seventh stamp.
- Stamps expire after 12 months without any visit. Every visit extends them.

On the My card page you sign in with an SMS code and see your stamps, free hours and history. From there you can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app and no password needed.
Check your cardBook with your own number
Stamps go to the phone number in the booking. There is nothing to sign up for.
Have a paper card?
Until 14.01.2027 (3 months after the program started on 14.10.2026) we will swap the stamps from your paper card for digital ones. Show the paper card at the studio on your next visit.
Questions and answers
Does Happy Hour count towards the card?
No. Happy Hour bookings (Mon–Fri 8:00–12:00) earn no stamps, double stamps included. Happy Hour already has a lower price.
Who collects the stamps when I book a session with a photographer?
Whoever's phone number is in the booking. If the photographer books with their own number, the stamps go to them. Want to collect them yourself? Book with your own number.
What about passes and barter?
Hours paid with a pass (karnet) and barter bookings earn no stamps. A pass already has a lower hourly price.
Does the card combine with a discount code?
Yes. A booking with a discount code earns stamps as usual; the number of hours counts, not the amount paid.
When will I see my stamps?
After the visit has ended and is paid. Stamps are added automatically, you do not need to ask.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Check the card on the My card page (SMS code sign-in) and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
What happens to my stamps if I change my phone number?
Write to us. After a quick check we will move the whole card to your new number.
How do I use a free hour?
Once you collect 7 stamps, a free hour appears on your card. Use it on your next booking and the price drops by one hour. You confirm it with an SMS code.
