Loyalty Card Program Terms

SPOT and SPOT 2.0, Wrocław · Version 1.0

Draft. This text is waiting for review by the owner and a lawyer before the Program starts. The Polish version is binding.

    §1

    Organiser and scope

1.1 The Loyalty Card Program (the Program) is run by AESTHETECH SP. Z O.O., Wrocław, KRS 0001191504, NIP 8993034214 (the Organiser).

1.2 The Program covers bookings at the SPOT (Joachima Lelewela 4, Wrocław) and SPOT 2.0 (Ludwika Solskiego 6, Wrocław) studios. Stamps from both studios go to one card.

1.3 Taking part is voluntary and free of charge. Anything not covered here is governed by the Studio Rental Terms at https://spotstudio.com.pl/en/terms.

    §2

    The card and its owner

2.1 The card belongs to the phone number given in the booking. The card owner is the person who uses that number.

2.2 Stamps always go to the phone number given in the booking, also when a photographer or another person books on the client's behalf. The Organiser does not move stamps for single visits between numbers.

2.3 There is one card per phone number. The e-mail address is secondary, e.g. for card status messages.

2.4 The card can be checked on the My card page (https://spotstudio.com.pl/en/my-card) after signing in with a one-time SMS code, and in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

2.5 If the phone number changes, the Organiser moves the whole card to the new number at the owner's request, after verification.

    §3

    Collecting stamps

3.1 Every hour of a visit earns 1 stamp. At most 3 hours of one booking are counted.

3.2 Double stamps are given for hours starting from 17:00 at SPOT and for all hours at SPOT 2.0. The 3-hour cap is applied before doubling; when the cap limits a booking, double-stamp hours are counted first.

3.3 Stamps are given only for completed and paid visits. They are added automatically once a paid visit has ended.

3.4 A booking with a discount code earns stamps by the number of hours, regardless of the amount paid.

3.5 If a visit is later cancelled, refunded or changed so that it no longer meets the Program conditions, the Organiser reverses the stamps awarded for it.

    §4

    Exclusions

4.1 Happy Hour bookings (§7 of the Studio Rental Terms) are not covered by the Program and earn no stamps, double stamps included.

4.2 Barter bookings, hours paid with a pass (karnet), cancelled bookings and no-shows earn no stamps.

4.3 No stamps are awarded for visits before the Program start date.

    §5

    Reward: a free hour

5.1 Every 7 stamps earn 1 free hour of studio rental at SPOT or SPOT 2.0.

5.2 A free hour is valid for 6 months from the day it is granted. The Organiser sends a reminder 30 days before it expires.

5.3 A free hour is used at the participant's request when booking: it reduces the booking price by one hour. Using it is confirmed with an SMS code sent to the card's number.

5.4 A free hour cannot be exchanged for cash. A participant may pass only a ready free hour to another person, in the way the Organiser makes available.

    §6

    Stamp validity

6.1 Stamps expire after 12 months without any visit. Every completed visit extends all collected stamps by 12 months.

6.2 The expiry dates of stamps and free hours are shown on the My card page.

    §7

    Paper card exchange

7.1 For 3 months from the Program start date (14.10.2026), that is until 14.01.2027 inclusive, a participant may exchange the stamps on a SPOT paper card for Program stamps.

7.2 The exchange is made by studio staff, once per digital card. The exchanged paper card is cancelled.

7.3 After the exchange period paper cards are no longer valid.

    §8

    Changes and ending the Program

8.1 The Organiser may change these terms or end the Program for important reasons, announcing it on the website at least 14 days in advance.

8.2 Changing the terms or ending the Program does not take away rewards already granted. Free hours can be used within their validity period.

8.3 A new version of the terms must be accepted on the My card page.

    §9

    Personal data

9.1 The Organiser is the controller of participants' data. How Program data is processed, including the phone number, visit history and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet data, is described in the Privacy Policy (https://spotstudio.com.pl/en/privacy-policy, §10).

    §10

    Complaints and contact

10.1 Complaints about the Program, including missing stamps, can be sent to kontakt@spotstudio.com.pl or made by phone: +48 730 708 335.

10.2 The Organiser handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies the same way it was made.
