SPOT Studio Terms & Conditions

1.1 SPOT Studio, hereinafter referred to as the Studio, is located in Wrocław at ul. Joachima Lelewela 4. The Studio is operated by AESTHETECH SP. Z O.O., headquartered in Wrocław at ul. Hubska 52/14, 50-502 Wrocław, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001191504, with NIP: 8993034214 and REGON: 54257370400000, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor.

1.2 Individuals or commercial entities using the Studio rental are referred to as the Tenant.

1.3 The primary purpose of the Studio is the rental of space for photography and film sessions, as well as training, workshops, and meetings/events.

2.1 The Lessor provides Studio rental services with studio equipment including flash lights, light modifiers, stands, photography backdrops, and furniture and decorations. A detailed description of the room equipment will be provided to the Tenant before using the rented Studio space.

2.2 Studio equipment must be used in accordance with the Lessor's and manufacturer's recommendations. In case of doubt about how to use the equipment, the Lessor should be consulted immediately.

2.3 The Lessor undertakes to rent technically sound equipment. Any equipment defects should be reported to Studio staff immediately.

2.4 The Tenant undertakes to use rented equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules, and to ensure that the entrusted equipment is not damaged by the Tenant, collaborators, or accompanying persons.

2.5 Studio lighting may only be operated by persons with technical knowledge and skills in using such equipment. The Lessor may refuse the use of reserved equipment if such qualifications are found to be lacking.

2.6 After the rental period ends, the Tenant undertakes to return the premises and entrusted equipment in no worse condition than when received. This means: turning off equipment and placing it in the proper location, returning furniture and decorative elements to their original positions, and cleaning up any waste accumulated during the session.

2.7 The Lessor has the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

2.8 The Tenant undertakes to vacate the rented premises no later than 5 minutes before the booking end time. Fifteen minutes before the scheduled end time, the Lessor will discreetly inform the Tenant.

2.9 If the photo or video session theme requires additional decorations (e.g., confetti, glitter, sand, etc.), the Tenant is obligated to inform the Lessor and pay for additional cleaning according to the price list at www.spotstudio.com.pl/cennik.

2.10 Ten minutes before the end of the reserved time, Studio staff will discreetly inform about the approaching end of the rental period. The end of work in the studio is considered the moment when all session participants leave the rented premises.

2.11 The Tenant undertakes to compensate for any damages (at market prices) caused by the Tenant, collaborators, or accompanying persons during the rental period, particularly any damage to walls and floors requiring painting or repairs.

2.12 Leaving items in the staircase, stairs, and lobby is prohibited.

2.13 The Lessor is not responsible for damages to the Tenant or third parties related to the use of rented equipment, nor for consequences of accidents involving persons participating in studio work.

3.1 Using the Studio for purposes inconsistent with the law is prohibited.

3.2 In the case of nude photography, all persons participating in the session must have documents confirming they are of legal age.

3.3 The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the Studio rental if activities conducted therein involve content deemed prohibited by law.

3.4 The Lessor is not responsible for items left in the Studio by the Tenant or third parties.

3.5 The Lessor is not responsible for the quality of services provided by external entities, nor for disruptions related to work by adjacent companies.

3.6 Smoking tobacco and consuming alcohol and other substances is strictly prohibited in the Studio.

3.7 Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas indicated by Studio staff.

4.1 Studio rental booking is made after prior agreement of the date with the Lessor and payment of an amount equal to 1 hour of studio rental. Failure to pay within the specified deadline releases the Lessor from the obligation to maintain the Studio reservation.

4.2 A paid reservation will be confirmed by the Lessor via email.

4.3 Studio rental fees are charged according to the price list at www.spotstudio.com.pl/cennik or according to individual arrangements.

4.4 All prices listed in the Price List are gross prices and include 23% VAT.

4.5 The minimum rental period for Studio premises is 1 hour.

4.6 Studio rental time for purposes other than those listed in the price list is determined individually.

4.7 Changes to the booking date should be communicated to the Lessor via Instagram direct message or email.

4.8 In case of cancellation less than 72 hours (3 days) before the rental date, the Lessor will charge the Tenant the full amount of the rental agreement without possibility of refund.

4.9 In case of cancellation at other times, the Lessor undertakes to make the Studio available to the Tenant at another mutually convenient date.

4.10 If a mutually convenient rental date cannot be established, the Lessor undertakes to refund the paid amount by bank transfer to the account provided by the Tenant within 7 days of the cancellation date.

4.11 The duration of the photography studio rental with equipment is counted from the hour confirmed by the reservation to the agreed end time.

4.12 In case of late arrival or early departure by the Tenant, the price does not change.

4.13 In case of extended rental time, the extension fee is charged according to the Price List. Extension fees must be paid immediately by cash, card, or BLIK fast transfer.

4.14 Rental extension is possible when the Studio schedule allows it. The desire to extend rental time should be communicated to Studio staff.

4.15 The Tenant undertakes to cover the costs of backdrop wear (significant soiling or damage) according to the Price List.

4.16 Withdrawal from the contract is possible in accordance with the deadlines specified in point 4.8; in case of cancellation without observing deadlines, the full reservation fee will be deducted.

4.17 In case of withdrawal from the contract, a processing fee of 20 PLN is charged.

4.18 The Lessor refunds payment using the same payment method used by the Tenant, unless the Tenant agrees to a different refund method.

4.19 The entity providing online payment processing for card payments is Autopay S.A.

5.1 By making a Studio reservation, the Tenant is fully aware of the rules contained in these Terms & Conditions and the consequences of non-compliance.

5.2 These Terms & Conditions are effective from December 3, 2023.

5.3 The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the Studio.

6.2 The Client may submit a complaint to Spot Studio by email or by direct message to the @spot__studio account.

6.3 The complaint should contain at least the Client's name, surname, and email or correspondence address, order number, service description, and a description of the concerns along with the Client's claim related to the complaint.

6.4 SPOT STUDIO processes submitted complaints within 14 days of receiving all information necessary for resolution. In particularly complex cases, the deadline may be extended to 30 days.
