TikTok Shop in Poland: how to prep your sales content before launch

Since April 2026, TikTok Poland has been sending sellers notifications about the upcoming launch of TikTok Shop, a full in-app commerce platform. Industry forecasts point to the second half of 2026 as the most likely Polish launch window. That gives you, realistically, one or two quarters to prep as a seller.

TikTok Shop is coming to Poland and most brands aren't ready

Most Polish e-commerce brands today have content built for Allegro and for their own product card, square 1:1 photos on white plus a few lifestyle packshots for Instagram. TikTok Shop works very differently: the sale happens during scrolling, not after a search query. The customer is not looking for your product; they need to see it and buy it inside 15 seconds. This article shows what you should have ready before launch and how to plan a single shoot that covers it.

How TikTok Shop differs from classic e-commerce

Practical consequence: a content set built for five-minute Allegro shopping will not sell on TikTok Shop. You need a library of short clips, structured into hooks, demos and CTAs.

    • Classic e-commerce: customer searches for the product. TikTok Shop: customer discovers the product while scrolling.
    • Classic e-commerce: 1:1 photo on white background. TikTok Shop: 9:16 video, lifestyle, with a person in frame.
    • Classic e-commerce: decision in 30 to 60 seconds. TikTok Shop: decision in 3 to 15 seconds.
    • Classic e-commerce: product card is the conversion point. TikTok Shop: live shopping and short clips are the conversion point.
    • Classic e-commerce: one packshot lasts years. TikTok Shop: you need 8 to 20 variants per year.

What your TikTok Shop content library needs

    1. Hook clips (0 to 3 seconds)

The first frame decides whether the thumb stops scrolling. You want at least five opening variants per product: surprise, question, before/after, demonstration, statistic. Each shot vertical, in studio, with a clean frame.

    2. Demo clips (5 to 15 seconds)

A specific use case for the product, ideally with a person in frame rather than the product alone. This is where you earn the sale: the viewer needs to see the product solving a real problem.

    3. Social proof clips

Unboxing, review, a TikTok user says. In practice this is often UGC shot by a creator, but you start with your own reference clip the creator can mirror.

    4. Live shopping material (45 to 120 minutes)

The worst-prepared element at 90% of Polish brands. Live shopping needs a fixed set: background, lighting, product stand, camera angle showing both you and the product at the same time. Without that fixed set, the live drags for an hour and looks like a FaceTime call.

    5. Vertical packshot 9:16

A classic packshot moved into vertical, with empty space left for overlay graphics and CTAs. White background still works, but the composition is built for a different aspect ratio.

How to plan one session that covers all of TikTok Shop

In practice the five content types above fit into one 4 to 6 hour session, provided you write the brief properly first.

    • Step 1: product list and SKU count, maximum eight SKUs per session. Above that the shot count explodes and clips start to repeat.
    • Step 2: short script per SKU, hook (3 variants), demo (2 variants), CTA. Six shots per SKU, around 12 minutes per shot.
    • Step 3: one talent, one outfit, one set, TikTok Shop sales work best when clips show a consistent creator look. The more outfit and backdrop changes, the less coherent the series.
    • Step 4: a dedicated live shopping set, block a separate live shopping set with a second continuous light and a fixed camera angle. You save 30 minutes on every future broadcast.
    • Step 5: backup on site, after the session, run a backup on site. Never drive home with six hours of footage on a single memory card.

What SPOT Studio offers for TikTok Shop content

SPOT Studio runs two Wrocław locations. The Lelewela 4 site includes:
